Hi, I’m Kai.

I applied to business school as an Indian male IT professional, the largest group of applicants there is. I was admitted to INSEAD, LBS, HEC Paris, Cambridge, Oxford and IMD, and I chose INSEAD.

Before that I’d co-founded a startup in Bangalore, taught myself to code, and moved to Tokyo to build AI systems. Today I’m in London, where I lead AI at a startup.

After I made a video about my GMAT prep and getting into INSEAD, hundreds of people started writing to me every month with the same questions. I can’t answer everyone one to one, and I won’t charge what consultants charge.

I want to make the knowledge I wish I had when I was applying accessible to everyone, not only to the people who can pay a consultant. So I wrote down everything I know: twelve modules, the worksheets, twelve tools, and a connector that puts all of it inside your own Claude or ChatGPT. That’s this site.

When I’m not working, I love practising archery and travelling.
