Applying
No. The schools want your voice, not mine. I will tell you what to open with and what to cut. You write it.
I do not publish one. A success rate pushes consultants to send you to safer schools so their number looks good.
You are not a number, and someone else's result tells you nothing about yours.
Most people land on four or five. Two you would love, two you would be happy with, one that is safe.
It depends on how much risk you can take.
Anywhere from six weeks to six months. It depends on your deadlines and how fast you write. More time is always better.
The modules and the tools are there whenever you are.
No, and be careful of anyone who does. They will push you towards safer schools to keep the promise.
I will help you aim at the schools you want and make the best case you can.
No, and nobody honest does. What I have is a clear picture of how the process works and what each school looks for.
I was one, and I got into all six schools I applied to. The label is not the problem. The story is, and Module 1 is where you find yours.
No. The score is one number among several, and the profile benchmark shows you what the admitted classes looked like on all of them.
Module 2 is the method I used to raise mine. It is work, not a miracle.
The Playbook
Twelve modules, one for each step from your profile to the job after. The eight worksheets I give every candidate. My own six applications, what worked and what did not.
And the essay and interview frameworks I use one to one.
In order, the first time. Each module is a step, and the steps come in the order the application does.
After that, jump to whichever step you are on.
Three sections of every module with a free account, plus the introduction and the closing in full.
Three of the tools are open to everyone, with no account at all.
Yes. Every correction, every update and every new module or tool is free once you have the Playbook. You never pay again for the same thing.
No. The video is my GMAT prep and how I got into INSEAD. The Playbook is all twelve steps, written down, with the worksheets and the tools.
The Tools
Twelve calculators for the parts of the application that need numbers. Your timeline, your test plan, your school odds, your scholarships, your funding gap, your interview practice.
You type in your numbers. They work it out.
Three, with no account: the timeline planner, the profile benchmark and the post-study work visa comparison. The other nine come with the Playbook.
My own research: 444 pages on 19 schools, checked twice and updated every year.
Where a school publishes nothing on a point, the tool says so rather than guessing.
With the Playbook, yes. Everything you enter is saved to your account, and your own Claude or ChatGPT can read it back through the connector.
The Connector
One private link that puts the Playbook, the tools and my methods inside the chatbot you already use. You add it once in your chatbot's settings.
From then on it works from what I wrote and what you wrote.
Claude and ChatGPT. Both take the link in their settings, and both are the ones I have set up and tested.
Other chatbots that accept the same kind of connector may work, but I have not tested them.
My modules, worksheets, school notes and review methods. All twelve tools. And the documents you store on your account, when you ask it to read them.
No. It runs on your own Claude or ChatGPT subscription, so the limits are theirs, not mine.
Short instructions that teach Claude my methods and which tool to run first. You upload them once under Claude's settings. Each one is then a slash command.
They are for Claude only.
Yes. Treat it like a password. If it ever leaks, reset it on the Connect page and the old one stops working.
No. The AI runs inside your own Claude or ChatGPT, through the connector.
The twelve tools are calculators on real data. No AI in them.
Price and account
Because there is no office, no team and no sales calls behind this. It is me, writing down what I did and what worked.
That does not cost thousands to make, so I do not charge thousands for it.
No. $99, once, for life. Every new module, tool and update is included.
All twelve modules in full, the eight worksheets, all twelve tools with your work saved, my notes on all nineteen schools, the connector and the six skills for Claude.
Paid extras, like an hour with me, are separate.
Read the free sections and try the free tools first. That is why they come before the price: the moment digital content is delivered, the fourteen-day right to cancel ends, and you confirm that at checkout.
If something is genuinely broken or not as I described it, write to me and I will fix it or refund you. The details are in the terms.
One hour with me, one to one, for $150. Voice mock interviews are coming.
Neither is part of the $99.
Kaigen Labs, my company. Payment goes through Stripe.
No. The three free tools open for anyone. You need a free account for the free sections of the modules, and the Playbook for the rest.
Your data
Upload it in your account if you want. It stays private.
Your own Claude or ChatGPT can read it through the connector. Delete it whenever you like.
Yes. Delete your account on the Account page. That erases your conversations, your uploaded documents and your saved tool work.
Yes. The Account page has an export that gives you everything the site holds about you.
